Shipping Policy
We’re committed to getting your order to you safely and as quickly as possible.
Australia
Tracked Express Shipping
Delivery: 2–5 business days
Cost: Free
International Shipping
Due to occasional overseas disruptions, international deliveries may take longer than usual.
We currently ship to:
New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom, Canada, China, Italy, Spain, South Africa
All available shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
If your country isn’t listed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
Dispatch
For orders without ring resizing service, dispatch is usually within 1-2 business days.
If order contains ring resizing service, please allow 1.5 weeks before dispatch.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can track your parcel at any time via:

Delivery Issues
If your parcel is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please check:

If it’s still missing, contact us at hello@jostelli.com and we’ll assist where possible.
Please note: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered parcels. Ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Returns Policy
You may return your item for a refund or store credit within 3 days of receiving it, provided that:

The item is returned in the same condition it was sent

It is unused and in original packaging

You notify us within the 3-day window by emailing hello@jostelli.com with your order number
Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. We strongly recommend using tracked postage, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit, based on your preference.
Refunds Will Not Be Granted For

Change of mind after the return window closes

Items returned damaged, altered, or in a different condition than sold

Clear signs of wear or use not reflected in original product images

If Your Item Arrives Damaged
All item conditions are clearly outlined in each product description so you know exactly what to expect before purchasing. Every piece is carefully placed and secured in protective packaging and photographed prior to dispatch to confirm its condition before leaving us.
While damage in transit is very unlikely, if your item arrives with an issue, please contact us at hello@jostelli.com.
