Are your items authentic?

Yes! All Jostelli pieces are sourced from trusted suppliers and have been professionally assessed before being made available for purchase. We only list items that meet our quality and authenticity standards.

Does Jostelli jewellery come with an authentication or valuation certificate?

We don’t currently provide certificates or formal valuations. However, every piece is carefully selected and fully detailed in its listing, including metal purity and gemstone information. Our suppliers verify these specifications and we’re confident an independent valuer would confirm the same. If you have questions about a specific piece, we’re always happy to help!

Are your pieces second-hand?

Yes! All of our jewellery is pre-loved. We save beautiful designs from the melt and connect them with people who will love them more, it’s kind of our thing!

What condition are the items in?

In good condition! Our pieces are vintage or pre-owned, so light wear or fine scratches may be present. Each item is clearly described and photographed so you know exactly what to expect.

How do I join the Members First Access?

Simply add your email on our website to join. Members receive early access to new pieces via a private viewing before they’re released to the public, giving you first pick on anything you love.

Why is express shipping free on all Australian orders?

As a thank-you for supporting Jostelli in our first year, we’re offering complimentary express shipping on all Australian orders. It’s our way of showing appreciation for your trust. This offer is available until 14 August 2026.

Can I get a ring resized through Jostelli?

Can I sell you my metal jewellery?

Not at this time, but we always love hearing from fellow jewellery lovers and collectors. Feel free to contact us about your jewellery stories!

How does shipping work?

All orders are sent via tracked Australia Post, so you can follow your jewellery delivery every step of the way.

How long does shipping take?

Within Australia, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days. International delivery times vary by location. For full details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! International shipping is available at checkout, with costs and delivery times calculated based on your location. If you have any trouble selecting your country, please contact us. More details can be found in our Shipping Policy.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

All item conditions are clearly stated in each product description, so you’ll know exactly what to expect before purchasing. Our jewellery sits securely in boxes ensuring minimal movement during transit. While it’s highly unlikely for damage to occur in transit (some of our stock is shipped to us too), if it does happen, please contact us at hello@jostelli.com.

Can I reserve an item?

Yes. If you’ve seen a piece on our Instagram that isn’t yet listed for sale, feel free to contact us to arrange a private online appointment and receive first access. All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. New pieces and previews are shared via our Instagram @jostellivintage and with our email subscribers.
