Can I sell you my gold jewellery or handbags?
No, not at this point in time.

How does shipping work?
We use tracked Australia post.

How long does shipping take?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is available at checkout, with costs and times calculated based on your location. See more information in our shipping policy.

Do you accept returns?
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition. Please refer to our returns policy for full details.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?
All item conditions are clearly stated in the product description, so you’ll know exactly what to expect before purchasing. It’s very unlikely for something to happen in transit (we shop our items from online, too!), but if it does, please email us at hello@jostelli.com.

Are your items authentic?
Yes. We buy all of our items listed after they have already been valued by our valuator before being made available for purchase.

Are your pieces second-hand?
Yes. All our items are pre-loved, meaning they have had a previous life and that's what makes them so special.

What condition are the items in?
All items are vintage or pre-owned, so some light wear is to be expected. All items are described and photographed clearly.

Can I reserve an item?
Yes, sure! If you've seen a photo of our item that's not yet for sale, feel free to contact us and we can set up an online private appointment, granting you first access. All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. All information including photos of new product is on our instagram @jostellivintage and sent to our email subscribers.

Can I get a ring resized?
Most customers buy rings in any size and have them resized by their local jeweller. We're working on offering a re-sizing option soon.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and other secure payment options at checkout.
