Returns Policy
You may return your item for a refund or store credit within 3 days of receiving it, as long as:

The item is returned in the same condition it was sent

It's unworn and unused, with all original packaging

You notify us within the 3-day window by emailing hello@jostelli.com with your order number
Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense, and we recommend using tracked postage. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit, depending on your preference.
Refunds will not be granted for:

Change of mind after the return window closes

Items returned damaged, altered, or in different condition than sold

Clear signs of wear or use different from our original images

Items marked as Final Sale
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
All item conditions are clearly stated in the product description, so you’ll know exactly what to expect before purchasing. It’s very unlikely for something to happen in transit (we shop our items from online, too!), but if it does, please email us at hello@jostelli.com.
